I have all my fans manually controlled by a fan controller and its cranked up to the max.

You told me to see if the NB was getting hot, and so I did, but its not that hot because of my fan blowing towards it.

When I run rivatuners artifactsprogram to load up the card I get 56*C and no errors for 2 hours, and this is after its been running for 3 hours idle. When I play the errors come real random, i have 43*C when the errors occur.

As long as the North Bridge gets hot (as it should) indicates that it's heatsink is afixed correctly or atleast there is thermal contact.

    1) Try the Directx Update
    2) Does this happen with any other game?
    3) Make sure WoW is updated
    4) Update (as per my other posts) The Intel "chipset driver"
    5) Is this problem resolution, Anti-Aliasing etc specific? ie have you tried other screen resolutions and settings.
    6) I'm assuming you are using a 9 series card?
    7) Have you tried this driver:- GeForce Release 180
    GA-P35C-DS3R Rev2.0 F11 bios, E8200 (@3.0Ghz), OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 Reaper 4GB (@1200Mhz), Xonar D1, 8800GTS 512, Corsair HX520 (Single 12volt line, Max 40A), WDC 3200aaks/5000aaks in AHCI mode, Vista 64 Premium.

1-6 yes and updated on all! As for number 7 I haven't tried it since the major update is that it should enhance the performance in FarCry2. I got it in a other game just a second ago and I also got an error. Picture is posted but it's in swedish:

"The graphicsdriver nv4_disp has stopped working normally. Save all files and reboot the computer to restore all graphicfunctions. Next time you start the computer it will give you the opportunity to report the problem to Microsoft."

By the way, strange that Rivatuner didn't give me any errors when runnin artifacts for 2 hours.

Have you a graphics setting in WoW "Shadow level" or something like it? If so set this to a low setting.

IS that card temps you noted above? I did not ask anything about NB temps.

GPU-z will show you your card temps, if those are GPU temps above those are ok, how about VGA Ram temps?

Aside from Temps, the only thing I see that causes this issue is Drivers. Have you added PCI-E Voltage to +0.1 and set PCI Expes., Freq to 100?

I've now logged one hours playing with gpu-z. The picture below shows just the last part of it, when the temp is at max troughout the log. One strange this is that GPU-Z shows my clocks speeds as defaults but the sensor shows me underclocked speeds. Once in a while it clocks up to the standards speeds. In bios, there is a setting called Graphics Booster or something similiar and it has 3 options; Auto, Fast, Turbo.

The PCI-E freq is set too 100 but i'll change the voltage too.

Your card likely clocks down when it is not in full use, It is 2d/3d switching kinda like Intel Speedstep that is why you notice that.

Those temps do look ok so that is not likely the issue. Can you test this card in another setup to rule out the card?

I updated my driver today and changed the overvoltage and my computer lags like hell! Every 30 sek it freezes for 1-7 seconds. I'll try to find out what's wrong this time.

Since I've tried two different cards we may say that it's not a gfxcard problem? The other card worked fine for 2 years. I put it in my system and get the same error as my other gfx.

Can you turn off that speedstep thing on the card??

Hmm, maybe you should go back to the other Driver then

    Na, you cannot disable that.

What Settings are you using, maybe it is incorrect settings for your ram since you do have errors >>>>

And hey, you are using the newest 2.01 Version of memtest86+ right? You have to for P35 >>>>
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

And what PSU are you using, and how many Amps does it have on the 12V rail? And what is your exact full card name and or model #? Link would be nice, but I can find it if you dont have that

This is Just a template I use to ask people their settings, pay no attention to the numbers in it, replace with yours

I fixed the ram errors with the BIOS flash I did. Passed all 13 tests.

I go stock on everyting and disabled C1E and EIST. Timings are 5-5-5-5-12 on 1,9V.

I use Earthwatts 500W PSU that comes with the Antec Sonata III case.
