Items you've used to build the setup were all new and previously unused? The types of failures you're describing are indicative of previously over stressed components.

Any Reason you have this set to 0.1volts:-
    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [+0.1V]

And what happens if you set your RGB (Robust graphics Booster) to the default of Auto, rather than Fast?

What you could do to take the strain off the NorthBridge (just for fault finding) is set:-

    1) Your memory SPD to Auto
    2) Leave your Memory voltages on manual at +0.2 volts.
    3) Change your memory Multiplier from 2.40 to 2.00x (this will underclock your ram)

    All items are new!

A previous post told me to test it. [PCIE 0,1v]

I've tried auto for 1 month before i changed it. Options are auto, fast and turbo.

I'll try all the things you've listed.

Can you borrow a whole different card altogether to test with, not a new one of the same model?

You have tried alot of older drivers right?
