    LSD,

Memtest reported correectly when I reset the System Memory Multiplier to 3.20B.

Down to two errors, both in test 6. I will tweak and let you know.

    Thanks

Ahh, I said MemSET not test, but that was just to see if your main timings were right or not.

Sounds like you are almost there! Keep at it

    LSD,

Thanks. It seems to like 2.0 on DRAM voltage the best (2.1 gives even more errors).

However, what does (G)MCH Frequency Latch do? Mine is at [Auto].

Should I manually set this to 333ghz?

    Thanks

Well, you can or just choose your straps by memory multi. If you leave it on auto all memory multi's for all straps will be shown, if you set it you will be only able to choose the ones for the strap you set

Like 333 strap (Or Memory Muliti's that have B if MCH Set to Auto) are >>>
    2.00, 2.40, 3.20, and 4.00

400 Strap (Or memory Multi's that have D if MCH set to auto) are >>>
    2.00, 2.66, 3.33

So you can do it either way you like

    Lsd,

I'm back. It turns out my second stick was bad. I got replacement from Ozc and now I'm ready to rock.

I made the following changes per your recommendation (left main timings to 5-5-5-18):

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD...........................................3
    tWTR..........................................3
    tWR............................................4
    tRFC...........................................52
    tRTP...........................................3

All work fine at the lowest settings.

    I Also have
    CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......: Manually set to 1.2
CPU PLL…………………....1.500V*.......: Manually set to 1.5
MCH Clock Skew (ps)...................: Manually Set to 150
MCH Core…………….....1.200V...........: Manually set to 1.2
DRAM Voltage ……....2.000V............: Manually set to 2.00

The system is stable with all of these settings. So, I have a few remaining questions:

    1. Should I lower MCH Clock skew (down to 50)for better performance?
    2. From all my readings on here, it sounds like I want to download and use Memset to set other timings not found on the bios. Is this correct?
    3. Since Memtest 2.10 can't find any errors, is there another program I can run that actually test performance?
    Anything else I missed?

    Thanks for all your help.

Wow, took a month for them to RMA your ram? Well at least now you have some working ram!!

Since you did not say what speed you are running anything... I dunno.

As for basic answers, you would just have to test/bench more and less skew to see what helps or hurts

No, memset is only used for testing settings "Live" Yes, there will be a few things in it that is not in your BIOS that you can change for a benchmark or testing, but do not use the Save button to try to load the settings at bootup as you may mess up your windows install. Just use apply, and be ready from crashes if you try something incorrectly

Ya, plenty of benchmark and stability programs here, see post # 3 >>>
