Default GB GA-EP45-UD3R Help me tighten memory settings

Running Vista64 with a Q9550 (C1) @ 3.6GHz on a GA-EP45-UD3R (beautiful board!) w/ 8G (2Gx4) of Corsair Twin2x4096-6400C5 DDR2 running @850Mhz. System has been stable incl via Prime 95 Torture Test. I want to see if I can tighten my timings to improve performance. My bios settings are as follows:

Default Re: GB GA-EP45-UD3R Help me tighten memory settings

By the way I compared the "retouchartists photoshop speedtest" times (CS4) of this setup vs my prior computer, a Athlon64 X2 @ 2.6GHz : 18sec vs 110sec (Unbelievable !)

You should also see this setting below, when you flashed to the latest BIOS (You have right?) you did load and apply optimized defaults and save/reboot right? If not you need to do that, then go back to the BIOS to set all other settings again (Including SATA Settings) >>>

    Driving Strength Profiles
Driving Strength ............................ 800-1066 (1066 would be best at 850-900)

If you did all that above about flashing and you still do not see this, please try the hotkey. On the MAIN Page of the BIOS hit Control + F1 and the screen will flash, then go into MIT section and see if you can find this.

If you have not flashed your BIOS, please consider doing so. And DO NOT USE @BIOS, here is a Qflash Guide I wrote >>>

YA, new boards are great, especially coming from a older system! I am super impressed with the new i7 boards and the triple channel DDR3 benchmarks!

Thanks lsdmeasap, I will give that 399 > 333 strap trick a whirl. As far as the i7 scene goes, exciting to look at, but I (and my wallet) like to stay a bit behind the curve.
