Ok, here is what you should try for now (Keep in mind this if for no overclocking, if you want to overclock disable EIST and C1E - I would now anyway so you run full speed always) >>>>

Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto or fast]
    CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [8]
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
    CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [333]
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
    System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.40B] = 800Mhz (333x2.40)
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Standard]

    CAS Latency Time________________ 4
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 4
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______4
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15/18

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 4
    Write to Precharge Delay_________ 6
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 54-58
    Read to Precharge Delay__________ 3
    Static tRead Value_______________7-8
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [Auto] << Always Auto

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V] =2.1 (you can use 2.15, but likely not needed)
PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [Normal] << +0.1 for stability
FSB OverVoltage Control___ [Normal] << +0.1 for stability
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [Normal] << +0.2-0.3 << Needed for 2x2 or 4x1GB
    CPU Voltage Control_______ [1.35]

Limit CPUID Max. to 3.....................: [Disabled]
    No-Execute Memory Protect............: [Enabled]
    CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)................: [Enabled]
CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2) ...........: [Enabled]
    CPU EIST Function.........................: [Enabled]
Virtualization Technology................: [Enabled] Enabled if you use Vmware/Virtual PC

    Integrated Peripherals
Legacy USB Storage Detect___________________[Enabled] *Note* Must be enabled to flash from USB

Just wanted to give an update, everything seems to be working better. I've got a couple bugs but I think I can take care of them myself.

Thanks a TON for all of the help!!

What BIOS are you using FoxNope? Are you seeing a warning about overclocking when you first enter the MIT Section, if so you are not using the correct settings and that is why defaults would be loaded instead. If you do see a warning, your settings will still be there and shown to you, but not used by the board until you set them correctly.

If you need help with your settings please post your full specs and a link to your ram and I can advise you on what to set.

You did load optimized defaults when you built the system right? If not, do that now and please read the BIOS flashing thread below for warnings and tips on loading optimized defaults

Maybe a update to the latest Beta would help, if not at least to the latest Final.

If you do decide to flash before I get back to you please read this >>>
    http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/bios...h-guide-27576/

Here is the latest beta's >>
    http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/giga...st-bios-28441/

I would link to your latest Final's but you did not post what board you have

CPU Vcore….……….........................:You will have to find your own stable voltage here, do you remember what you used to see at Idle in CPU-z when it was running at 3.75? If so, set it a few above that in the BIOS and you should be fine. If not you will just have to start with a high setting, and then lower later. Try 1.3 and if that does not boot then you may need 1.34-1.38 set in the BIOS, it will be less in windows at idle and load.

    Hi Lsdmeasap.

Thank Alot for spending ur time on my setting.

Alright, Its work fine so far running at 3.78ghz with 44'C on idle
but i have some problem with the setting u show me...

I cant find certain section like:
    *Advanced Clock Control [Press Enter]
    *Channel A
    *Channel B
    *CPU termination
    *CPU PLL
and all those MCH Core/Reference, DRAM Voltage/Termination

I am sorry, coz i am not an advance overclooker, can you please point it out for me? Thanks Alot.
