    Unhappy GA-X48-DS5 8500 overclock help...

    Hope you guys can help been trying to get a mild 3.5 clock on my 8500 but having no luck getting it stable these are my settings . I can get it to boot into windows but when i stress it with Orthos it crashes and locks up after about 3 min.. Any help you can give would be very apprecated...

    You need to up the cpu voltage. try 1.375

    I Have the same chip and board and got it to 3.8Ghz Prime95 Stable 14Hours with stock volts across the board.
