I am having this exact same problem. Nothing seems to work. I have returned the board and still have the same issue. I am using Mushkin HP3-16800 memory. Sapphire Radeon 4850 Video Card and Core i7 920. Have never reached the BIOS. Just powers on, no video, no beeps.... Just fans. Not fun....

Anyone else find a fix for this?

Same problems as Dawg and Thombose. Memory is OCZ DDR3 PC3 12800, but can it really be the memory if I never even get to the beep, video, or anything else? All I get is a gentle breeze from the fans.

So when you got the replacement board, did it work? I'm thinking of getting an EVGA board to avoid this problem. I did not know about the Gigabyte/OCZ memory issues. Thanks for the heads up.
