    Default GA-EP45-UD3R Bios no overclock

    Hello I just built a GA-EP45-UD3R board with an Intel Quad Q6600 and G.Skill 4GB (2 x2GB) SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC6400) memory I have the bios set for Optimized defaults would like info on setting the bios correctly to run regular with no overclocking.
