    Resolution:

Tested PS and was switching out 4 brand new sticks of KVR - that left the CPU.

Went out to replace CPU at computer emporium and they tested for me and I saw it post and run tests on all 4 cores...

That leaves MB, RAM and PS. Had another MB tested and brought it home along with another brand new PS and another kind of new RAM -

To make a long story short - the 4 sticks of Kingston Value RAM were faulty. It never thought that all 4 could be bad.

Thanks for all your help and interest. Now I do have 2 new rigs instead of one. Just need a CPU and HDD - LOL

Nice to see you found the problem! Good you have two setups now, next time you have a issue you will be able to test hardware on your second system to see if something works or not@

Ya, strange to see 4 faulty sticks of ram for sure, New? It happens I suppose as I have seen many dead sets, guess maybe you were unlucky and got two at once?
