    I tried the below settings in slots 1&3 (red) and 2&4(yellow) and still wouldn't post.

    I've checked eached stick individually with over 36 passes between the two and no errors and together (not dual channel) with 15 passes no errors.

    Try this

    Legacy USB Storage detect Disabled and remove any External USB Devices.

    Then try this >>

    It really sounds like your board may be faulty or your ram is not compatible. As the above is for sure loose enough to be booting

    Same RAM and same mobo and I have the same issues. I have a few things I plan to try and see if I can get any of them to work. I'll post back with results.

    The mobo selected 1.8v by default. Upped the volts to 2.1 which is the recommended min and all seems to be well. I can not get 333 or 400 on the CPU Host Freq regardless of other settings so I guess I'll have to be happy at 266 with the 12.5 cpu multi

    So you tried a lower multi and 333/400 FSB and cannot get it to work?

    I have the Platinum mem and it works fine for me on a UD3P board, its not the greatest ram but runs at least what its supposed to

    I've got Platinum stuff in the past but figured the Reaper OCZ2RPR10664GK and fact that it was OCZ I would be ok. I think the Platinum would be better.

    To answer your question... I've tried lower multi (at or under stock speed) and it would not work even at 2.3v on the ram. Flat out would not boot at that setting. If I had not already sent in the rebate on the ram I would RMA the ram for something else. Maybe I should contact OCZ and see if they would swap me some different ram.?.

    Yeah you can RMA through the manufacturer OCZ even if you sent in the rebate, just not back to the place you purchased it from because of the rebate.

    I would contact OCZ and see what they have to say, try there settings.

    I have seen a couple people that seem to have issues with that ram on these boards, others meanwhile dont have any issues, who knows?

    Are you sure you are having ram issues and not CPU issues with voltages or something? Maybe you are using the wrong straps?

    Please post for me your full settings you are trying exactly and I will see if I see anything off, and if so I will advise >>>

    I have the same motherboard (GA-EP45-UD3R) and I was having the same problem with Kingston HyperX DDR2 1066 RAM (KHX8500D2K2/4GR). The motherboard had no problem with each stick individually, but when I put them together it would give me continuous short beeps, indicating "power error." Setting the RAM speed manually didn't work for me, but I got through the problem by resetting the motherboard to "Optimized" settings through the BIOS. Once I did that, I just had to manually set the proper timings (5-5-5-15) and voltage (2.2v) and everything works perfectly. I'm not sure what settings it changes, but it worked for me.
