    Well what does memtest86+ say about your settings for 5-10 passes? That is what we need to know to see what IntelBurn or prime/orthos fails for you. You need to rule out the ram first so you can tell if your CPU or other voltages are off.

    What he is saying above may help, but at 266 FSB you may not be able to run 333 MCH strap.

    What he means is use one of the above imaged memory multiplier out of the 333/1333/B Section such as 266 FSB X 4.00B instead of the 4.00A you was trying

    I passed memtest put it on 2 hours and passed didn't do any specific testing. I just saw that intelburn max settings is keep failing because I'm not using 64 bit. I try to bump the fsb to 333 but bios keeps saying the oc dont work and reboots 3 times.

    2 hours? There is no timed setting in Memtest86+, or did you just mean you let it run for 2 hours? If you set something I think you may be using a different memtest then the one I suggested

    You may need more vcore or Vtt for 333 FSB, I'd have to see the settings you are trying fully to best advise you about that

    Ok good news I got my system to 3.0ghz and did intel burn test for around 45min and passed. Going to run prime 95 25.8 for the rest of the night. I just let the memtest86+ ran for around 2 hours, and by setting things I mean there are some option menu thing. Hoping to reach 3.4ghz. Heres my current bios setting:

    Ok so prime95 ran for 10 hours stable, so I bumped it up to 3.4ghz and it BSOD so I bump it down to 3.2ghz. Ran intel burn test on half because max setting won't work for 32bit window xp. It passed doing 20 so I'm doing prime 95 right now. How do I set my bios to make it go to 3.4ghz? I want to keep a 1:1 fsb ram ratio and when I try to set it to 3.4ghz it fails intel burn test. How do I make it more stable?

    You should be running the defaulted test, nothing in the Menu selections until you are sure it is stable, then you can select certain tests or other items

    More vcore, less termination. Should always be less then vcore, about .5-1.0V less then vcore. But with a 65NM, you can use higher Vtt for sure, I just think you may be better off with more vcore and less Vtt

    I'd have to see what you are trying for 3.4 to even suggest any changes, so post it up if you dont get it going. Maybe 1.59-1.65 PLL would help as well

    BUT really at 3.2-3.4 you should not need so much Vtt or PLL

    I can't seem to pass intel burn test with this setting. How can I make it more stable? The vdroop seems to get to 1.328.

    More vcore, and Vtt... And less MCH

    What is 1.328? Load voltage or idle? Either way I would say maybe a bit more, and maybe vtt to 1.36-1.42 with MCH around 1.24-1.28 should be good

    You may be much more stable as well if you use the D strap
