    Default EP45 DS4 and Q9550 OC'ing

    ok my system is. and the problem is that i cant seem to get the system stabil as i had before this new motherboard. there are a lot of new settings for me here so i hope i can get some help from you guys n' girls :D

    GB EP45 DS4 with F9 bios.
    and a Intel Q9550.
    Mushkin Redline PC8000 2x2GB
    Gfx: Ati 4870 Club3D 1gig

    on my old board a abit IP35 Pro this cpu ran at 3.9Ghz.
    but i cant seem to get this stabil on this new lovely MB.

    my current settings are.

    You did load and apply optimized defaults when you flashed the BIOS right? If not, do so and start over. Load/apply/set ram voltage/reboot BACK to the BIOS and make all other changes, INCLUDING your SATA/Disk settings again

CPU-z will show you, if you know this ignore me!  Maybe less maybe more, what did you use in your old BIOS and what was it in windows at load and idle?  And what do you get in windows from this setting?
