    Hey bro,

This is working exceptionally well for me @3.4GHZ with the ram oced to 1020. I have almost the same stuff (EP-45 UD3R, Q6600 and OCZ 800mhz cas 5 SLI ram 2x2gb) as you.

Well I would have to see your exact settings to be able to maybe help you as to why it failed at 10 minutes. Did you test your ram for 5-10 passes before prime? If not it could be that or Volts?

XMP loads ram settings off the ram sticks if they have pre-programmed Data on them. That includes voltages as well often times. If your ram has them you will see this setting, and if you use it all manual settings will be dropped for XMP instead. Do keep in mind the XMP Profiles are only for set speeds, normally 800 or 1066

ok so my computer which once was stable has now been doing something really funny. for some reason my everest/cpu-z keep on fluctuating the cpu multiplier so that sometimes the cpu core is 3.2 and sometimes it is 2.1. i'm so confused and i have no idea what is wrong.

Speedstep must be disabled to stop that, those would be C1E and EIST

So it's been about 6 months since i last posted, but thats because everything was gravy. Its been stable at 3.2 until today. A couple weeks ago I decided to mess with some settings, mostly to see if everything would work with a lower VCORE. This morning however, I turned on my computer and it froze after 3-4 minutes. Multiple restarts later, and it was still doing that. I'm clueless as to what is going on. Should I bring it back to stock and do stress tests again?
