    Exclamation UD3P and q6600 overclocking NEED HELP :(

    I want to overclock my q6600 to 3.2 or 3.3 but I am uncertain as to what settings to use in the bios.

    need more info .. mother board .. ram ????

    3.2-3.3 you should not have any problem... read many post in here so you get an idea of voltage you need and the temp too .... don't worries of different mother board .. they all OC 1 way .. up the voltage untill stable of course the temp is very importance too .. if too hot then have to lower the OC or get better cpu cooler

    got it to 3.2 stable. trying to get to 3.4 i dont know what multipliers to use to make it stable. i have vcore of 1.42 after vdrop and gmch of 333mhz with spd of 2b.

    I just tried to bring to 3.4 and it died as i ran prime. ahhhh this is frustrating...

    CPU Termination…..... between 1.20 - 1.26
    MCH Core…………….....1.100V...........: between 1.5 - 1.26
    Command Rate (CMD) ....................: set to 2
    chanel A and B should be the same ... don't do one 8 and one 9
    and you shoud use 2.40B so your ram be around 850 for now.

    your mch and cpu term is little low ... need more juice ... good luck

    just changed the settings. i am running prime95 right now. i hope it lasts 9hrs so i can feel secure. thank you very much for everyone's assistance. I shall update asap.
