    Het Back again with more requested info. First the memory links found by using the configurator at corsair. Here is the main page --- Welcome to Corsair :: Memory Configurator and you can click to the left of the CGM2X2G800 product to get info at the top right corner on my memory to see the voltage is 1.8v and yes it appears to be 6400 (800MHz) memory. The RAM stick does not have voltage listed on memory stick just part no. One observation is this memory may not be good for OC ing due to the 667/800 speed 800 being top speed for this stick (right?). Any advice on recommended RAM to purchase would be nice, but not mandatory, as I can ask around at the forums too.
    Confirming that the CPU is a Core 2 Duo E8400 45nm with L2 of 6MB and a FSB of 1333MHz (went from memory first time and just confirming as I just found the box). The power supply is a Antec true power trio 650watt with 19 amp max on 12Volt rail :)
    Reading the Flashing guide now but I have been there before Chow.

    OK Guys thanks for all the help from all of you. At this time I have all the BIOS settings finalized and just wanted to repost them to see if I have them right for Stock settings.
    Prior to this I updated to F10 and then loaded optimized defaults and then saved then rebooted back to BIOS to change the settings to the desired values. I also fiddled around with WinRar to extract my BIOS for me and DL with Getright as well (even though windows could do the extraction I just used WinRar anyway). I know it is an outdated technology but the floppy did the job flawlessly.

    Floppy is a great thing to have, it can save your board from a RMA with a blind flash! I wont build a system for personal use without one. I do use USB to flash with often but always have a floppy installed and set as first boot device!

    Ya, you may want to get some better ram if you want to push your system any. Good 800Mhz (444-12) 2.1V ram would be great as most will do 800+ for sure with looser timings should you ever want to push it further.

    Here would be some optimal ranges you could try to lower things to if you have time and want to test/tweak/test.
