Another problem now... it rebooted after I tried these settings that u wrote here.
And now my CPU only show 850mhz in bios and I have to enable CPU host control and set my CPU host frequency to 333 so CPU can run in normal clock at 2,8ghz...why is that??

Pretty please can someone please help me out! getting crazy here! :(

Max safe voltage would depend on your cooling and temps overall. Intel spec is 1.365 actual. I would say 1.365-01.4ish actual is ok as long as temps are good

Your temps look good you posted. Your board can do 500+ FSB as can your CPU

You do have 2.66 as a memory setting, there just may or may not be a symbol or letter by it is all.

Sounds like you need to load optimized defaults and start again. When you do, load optimized and set your ram voltage only and save/apply/reboot BACK to the BIOS and set all your settings again. You will have to set your SATA/disk settings again as well.

Sounds like you just used to tight of timings or not enough voltages somewhere and your BIOS recovered from a failure from the backup BIOS is why that happened to you. Not sure what would have caused that as you did not post what settings you tried exactly

Do you see 2.66 at all? Have you loaded optimized defaults again yet? If not you should do that first

Try this for what you have above, very loose timings, should for sure boot if you have enough/proper voltages set >>>

    Robust Graphics Booster___________ [ Fast]
    CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [8]
    Fine Clock Ratio ____________[0.5]
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
    CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [425]
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.40B = 1020 or 2.66D =1130] I can't find 2.66D ?? << you should for sure see 2.66, letter does not matter as there is only one 2.66 choice

DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Standard]

    CAS Latency Time________________ 5 << Set 6
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 5
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15 << Set 18

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3 << Set 5 for now
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 4 << Set 12 for now
Write to Precharge Delay_________ 6 << Set 14 for now
Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 62 << May be to low for 8GB, set to 80 for now
Read to Precharge Delay__________ 4 << Set to 5 for now
Static tRead Value_______________ 7 << Set to 10 for now
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [Auto] << Always Auto

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
    DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V]
    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [+0.1V]
    FSB OverVoltage Control___ [0,2] << try .1 or .25
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [0,3] << try .35-.4
CPU Voltage Control_______ [1,38125V] << More, maybe less? Please look and see how much Vdrop your board has. Do this by running any speed and setting this amount or more voltage, then go into windows and look in CPU-z and see what it says you get vs what you set in the BIOS.

    Ok..I'll give this a try...but I really can't see 2.66 at all...and yes I have loaded optimal etc.

    And (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [0,3] << try .35-.4 I can't go over 0,3. 0,3 is max.

thanx again for all the help i get. Much appreciated. :)

Ok..right i have now tried ur settings..

1st with 6-5-5-18-5-12-14-80-5-10 it didn't even want to boot proper so I set it to..
5-5-5-15-5-12-14-80-5-10 and it booted up... but failed on OCCT v2.0.1 in about 30sec I got bluescreen and error message STOP:0x00000124 something.

Core volt in cpu-z shows me 1.344 i set 1.38750V in bios.
DDR2 volt 0.3V (Max in my biossettings)
    PCI-E 0.1
FSB 02. (0.3 max in my bios)
MCH 0.3 (Max in my bios)

And I really don't have 2.66D in my bios..the only ones that is there are..
    Auto, 2.00, 2.40, 3.20, 3.33, 4.0+, 2.50, 3.00 and 4.0~.

Realtemp shows 46.36.35.39 right now...and with OCCT running it went up to +66 on CPU. I have an Antec Ninehundred case with 2x120mm fans at front and 1 200mm fan at the top of case and CPUfan is Arctic extreme cooling with Arctic silver paste.

And now another problem showed up...
I set these settings again after a bluescreen and reset to optimal in bios and etc.
But it loads as in default clock at 2.8ghz etc but in bios it is set to overclocked at FSB 425 and etc.
Strange **** is going on here or what?

Please give me more info about this and some tips about how to set it stable. :)
If I only go for 3.5Ghz ..what would the optimal settings be then? Maybe it is the best thing to do...then it might get hot or something. :/
    Thank you.

You should get stock stable before anything else. That way you have a good starting point.

2.83 shows but 425 FSB in the BIOS. What are you seeing 2.83 in when you see that? If it is not CPU-z then you can likely ignore it as it may be incorrect. You do have C1E and EIST disabled right?

I still say you should have 2.66 in your options after you go over 400 FSB, I have it in my P35 and I see it noted in a review for your board >>
Legit Reviews - The Gigabyte P35-DS3R Motherboard Review - Introduction

But who knows, they may have removed the higher choices from your BIOS due to ram issues or something as I do not even see you list a # symbol in your comment which would be the default strap for your 1333 CPU?

Ok..well my board is only named EP35-DS3.. and no R or any letter after that 3 as it shows on that picture. :/

    C1E and EIST is disabled...yes!

It showed me 2.83ghz at boot and in systemmanager (or what's it called in English)
But now its back to 3.61ghz after i bumped up FSB volt with 0.3V from 0.2V.
But it's not stable for Prime or OCCT testing. :/
