    So basically I keep going with these test until I get an error ? How will I know what to change in order to make the system stable?

    Also just out of curiosity , if I want to push the CPU to 3.2 do I have to adjust all the settings again in order for it to be stable ?

    You will need to change some.
    You can have 3.2GHz with 400x8 or 356x9, each will requite different memory multiplier and possibly oher settings, aside of more vcore.
    Try to tun IBT(Intel Burn Test) ot LinX with 2048MB memory and see if it pass and what GFlops you get.
    Watch the core temps, thile under 75c it's ok.

    Hey Chike , so after 24 hrs stress testing my system is stable thanks to you. So I have the settings saved and want to try over clocking to 3.4 .

    I tried these settings that I found online and it doesn't seem to be working. The system loads but when under stress testing it maxes out on 2.1 ghz for some strange reason. What can I start off changing to make system stable?

    Can you post a screen capture for ReasyTune -> Advance -> Volatge tab for current settings and a template your previous stable settings?
    What stress tests did you run and what are max core temperatures during stress?

    EDIT: at the post screen (disable full logo) what does it reports for CPU frequency? Most likely settings did not take and the BIOS used some settings it could boot with.

    Over clocking under 333x9 works fine. When I change it to 425x8 or 378x9 for some strange reason during stress test the cpu doesn't go higher then 2133.35mhz.
    By the way I never new about Easytune, can I use the tuner to over clock my stable 3.0 system ?
