Command Rate should be 2 as one is not working in any P45 board yet that I know of... Known issue

Driving strength you have several options for sure, did you click enter on the setting?

Your BIOS has these options for Driving Strength (667, 800, 1066, OC-1200, OC-1333) so you must just not be clicking the setting to open it up and choose a setting? >>>

well, it's been a long time and I've been running the machine at 10 ghz and the memory at 1333. I finally just gave up trying to make it run even at spec'd speeds. Even at these settings it reboots after a day or so. I think it's the memory, but I am happy with how fast it is, as it's a vast improvement over my last pc.
They have since released a BIOS update, and it didn't help either. My BIOS still absolutely does not show, without a doubt, these settings you mention for driving strength!!! I am so frustrated with it I think I'll leave it alone until something promising shows it's head.

If anyone has this motherboard what memory do you have if you have gotten it to run at or above spec'd settings?

    Thanks everyone, especially lsdmeasap!
