Ya, set Static tRead Value on 10 or so for now that way you know it is not too tight (Low)

I need you to give me the exact full settings you put in each time it fails for you or I cannot advise you on what to try next

You may just need more CPU voltage, what you set in the BIOS is not what you actually get. So you may need 1.38 or so or more even to get what you need, try more vcore for sure to see if that is the issue. If it is once you find a bootable voltage you can try to lower it later

Please edit that and put in ALL Settings, I need to see the top half of that template as well

Please check with CPU-z at a lower CPU Speed with this voltage setting still what you get in windows .>>
CPU Vcore….……….........................:1.25-1.36 (All up to your chip)--1.3810V

Use this, but maybe 3.6 or even 3.0Ghz but that setting so I can see what kind of a vdrop your board is giving you. Here is CPU-z
    http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

Once you give me that, I will give you a full set of very loose settings, with high enough voltages you should for sure be able to boot into windows. You have tested this ram one by one with memtest86+ correct?

    Ok,
Btw i try to lower the mult to x7 and put more bus (untill 3.0) and all the other on Auto just to check, the ram doesnt limit me at all,

About the CPU-Z.. should i run it and send you a screenshot? from what tab?

    Edit:
Well here is the picture, as you can see the multiplier stands on x7 when the bus on 429

About the picture of what you just asked, im login off to do it now, ill come back in 2 minutes

    EDIT NUMBER 2:
Here is the picture from the CPU-Z of what you asked:

All the setting are same as you request :)

So for a BIOS setting of 1.3810V you get 1.312 in windows correct? If so, you may need more, some chips just need at lot and others do not.

Please try this and see if it will boot, should FOR SURE >>>

Well on 1.28 the computer restart and default the bios,
But on 1.34 the computer restart, he didnt default the bios BUT he didnt let me to enter windows or bios so i restart the bios setting manually(from motherboard)

    Anything els we can do?

    * is there a chance that the power suplier isnt strong enough to hold the system on 4.0Ghz?

Keep at it, 4GHZ is a high overclock and it may take you longer then you think to get it due to the vast options on the board. It can easily be done with your setup though for sure.

Have you had anyone else take a look at it, or are you the only overclocker around? I can only offer text based help, I mean I know that may not be the best especially if you are not familiar with what causes what to do what.... ya know. I mean if I was there myself I could have you at 4Ghz in a boot or two no problem
