PS, do I leave SMART enabled in regular bios? Also I forgot to say my version is f9. Dave.

Energy saver you can install if you want, but you would need to have C1E and EIST Enabled in the BIOS.

Smart you can leave on as well if you like

You should use something else like everest ultimate to check your voltages and use RealTemp or CoreTemp to watch your core temps. As you can see that program does not pickup things properly.

Looks good man, have you tested for stability with Orthos and or Memtest86+ yet?

I will, I`m new at this and just learning how to use these tools. I will try the other items you listed. Is there anything in general bios I should make sure is on or off? Also with MIT I just F10 when I was done. Do I save profile some how? Thanks Dave.

You can save BIOS profiles from the MAIN page of the BIOS. F11 is save, and F12 is load.

Be sure when switching back and forth between them you always check your Memory Multiplier after loading a profile as it often gets set to Auto or may be too high from Previous Profile. That is the ONLY settings I have noticed that may need set after a profile load. Also be sure when saving that you do not overwrite a previous Profile, unless you mean to

Yes, these items should be set as follows for Overclocking >>>

    Advanced Settings
Limit CPUID Max. to 3.....................: [Disabled]
    No-Execute Memory Protect............: [Enabled]
    CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)................: [Disabled]
    C2/C2E State Support....................: [Disabled]
    x C4/C4E State Support..................: [Disabled]
CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2) ...........: [Enabled]
    CPU EIST Function.........................: [Disabled]
Virtualization Technology................: [Disabled] Enabled if you use Vmware/Virtual PC
