Please post for me the exact settings you tried that failed and I will advise back, you likely just set one or more of them too low is all

Do not set all voltages you see to what you see on the left, If I did not note about them leave them in Auto. Especially your Ref voltages. Setting them manually without knowledge of what they are doing may be incorrect and they should be left in auto as I noted above.

please tell me if you see here values that gonna fry my CPU ..
after i will test & monitor it with the software you will tell me to ...
and assume everything is OK.. what should be the next O.C (safe but higher) step ?

just so you know ... I'm grateful to your and everybody else help... many thanks!

Core Temp or Real Temp for CPU Core Temps, and Memtest86+ for your ram, and I use Orthos for CPU/Ram testing but there is Plenty of others. Here is out list of apps, soon to be a sticky (see Post #3) >>>

Looks good, you will have to set your own static tread next for better benchmark scores as auto likely puts it higher then need be

thanks man... I'm running the prime95 test now...
for how long should i let it ran?

and again assuming everything with the test will rock! ... i didn't quite understood what you meant by saying
you will have to set your own static tread next for better benchmark scores as auto likely puts it higher then need be
what tread ? by what values ?... i understand that O.C is a game of experiment and quandary .. but to what values to change the auto ones..

i think that 3.8Ghz is a nice frequency to sit on by default..and more important it's a "safe" frequency ...correct me if I'm wrong ..

so if you could advice me please what tweaking in the bios should i do to my settings (values and others) in order to reach that frequency .

    update
    -------
after two hours of prime95 ...the highest temp recorded in realtemp was 62ºC on one core .. while the other three cores bounce in the range of 57-60 ºC... hope it's o.k ....

    update 2
    ---------
after ten hours of memtest86+... all test had pass ...with 0 errors.

as i mention in the previous post .. I've tested the system and current setting ... both temp and stability... what next guys (Lsdmeasap or anyone else)
    .. i want to reach around 3.8ghz ..

Well 8-10 hours - 24 hours is a good prime95 run, and 5-10 Full passes for Memtest86+ is suggested.

As for Static tRead Values, I meant ONLY that setting at the top "Static tRead Value"

Depending on your voltages, other timings, FSB and strap being used is how you would set it. Start high and work your way low until it fails to boot or starts failing Memtest86+. Here would be your starting value ranges based on strap being used >>>

do you mean changing only those (in the picture)...settings ?
i didn't notice that those setting have any effect on the CPU frequency ?
    aren't they memories settings ?

    I'm so confused right now

Yes, I meant only this one. It is RAM setting only, Performance Level (tRD) of your ram the MOST IMPORTANT Setting >>>

You may need to use 8 or 9 as you raise your FSB

I did not see your 3.8 post, you musta posted at the same time as me. So, for now set all your ram timings loose and then start raising your FSB and voltages as you go to get to 3.8. Keep a eye on your ram multi as you may need to change it as you increase FSB

o.k. i managed to put the system on 3.8GHZ and boot .. but i don't know if i did it safely and ok.. first of all the Static tRead Value of my system was 11 by auto... so i left it on auto... then i raised some settings in the main M.I.T section : (the majority of the setting left as they were)

    cpu host frequency(Mhz)...... raised from 425 to 475 .

    standard timing control
    CAS latency time......raised to 6
    tRCD.......raised to 10
    trp......raised to 10
    tRAS....raised to 20

and the memory frequency show 800 950 .

that's all i've changed...the rest i left them on auto or on the value i've gave them when first o.c to 3.4Ghz....

    now...
    A. are those accepted values ?
    B. if A ansewr is yes .. should i try lower them anyway ?
    C. do i need to change somthing else... i didnt yet "test" the new settings ..just boot up to windows and went straight to the forum to post this reply
    D. is it ok that i left most settings on auto ?

waiting for your greenlight(approval) and afterward will give it a test .
    ...thanks a lot

i ran prime95 for 2 hours ...(temp jump to 68c Degrees in one core and the other three 65-67) ... so i decided to stop the test...i don't know if those are safe temps for my CPU... in the long run ..... so I'm still waiting for your approval about my previous post and question ... and i add this one

what should be the hottest and highest temperature that i should let my CPU reach ?

Lsdmeasap -> forgive me if I'm bugging only you ... but you're my O.C guru
