    Default memory question

I have a GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P, with award bios, how do I lower the speeds of my memory, or is that possible? Its recognized now as 1066 5-5-5-15

You change the memory multiplier. I can't tell you which multiplier as you've been scarce on your details and I need to know the CPU FSB to determine that.

Also keep in mind the lowest you can run it is 1:1 with the FSB which is 2x the FSB speed
