    DaCdnGuy-

I ended up (as I indicated above) doing a fresh install....All in all, it was a quick process because I didn't have that much data on the computer (I've got 2 others in my home office).

Since then, I actually installed Windows 7 Beta (64) on the array; it is working smoothly and surprisingly very stable. Quite a nice upgrade over Vista 64......

I'm trying to do the same thing. I also bought a second Raptor with the intention of setting up a RAID 0. I also have a 500gig internal backup drive. What about cloning the original raptor to the seagate 500, changing it to boot from that drive, then format the two Raptors, set the sytem to raid and then clone the 500 back to the new striped Raptors? Anyone see why that won't work? I'm worried a bit about the Bios dance for that plan. any thougths would be appreciated.
