    Default PHASE LED on GA-EP43-DS3L

I've looked in the manual to find out the meanings of the PHASE LED on my GA-EP43-DS3L motherboard but couldn't find anything useful.

For example, when I boot it up, all of the LEDs are green apart from the last one whch is red.

Is red = bad? Or good?

    Or it has other meanings?

    Thanks,
    - Tony Sutton

The just indicate how many CPU Power Phases are in use. Here is some more info about that >>

-- GIGABYTE -- Dynamic Energy Saver Advanced - Ultra Durable 2 Motherboards

All normal, if you want to disable them while you are in windows you will have to disable C1E and EIST (Intel Speedstep)
