    Default EP45-UD3R 4.2GHz

    Hello,
    I finished building this system about 2 weeks ago, and now I'm ready to try my first overclock.
    I have been reading guides for the past 4 or 5 days, probably to many, Kind of confused myself. LoL.. Anyways I was hoping someone here could give me some numbers to get me started, I'm shoting for 4.2 or somewhere close.

    motherboard: GA-EP45-UD3R
    Gpu: E8500
    harddrive: WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM
    memory:Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

    Hows your cooling? If it is optimal than here is what you should do in bios:

    For cooling im useing XIGMATEK HDT-S1283, and I installed six 120mm fans in my cm690 case.
    I will start with these setting and work on tweaking the voltages and getting it stable. Then post back how it goes. Thanks for the help.

    Not sure what im doing wrong, but I can't get it to boot up if i go 450Mhz on the CPU host frequency. Before it loads into windows it reboots and then loads at 333Mhz.
    It will run at 449Mhz, but at 450 or more it fails.
    I have turned the multiplier down to 7, lossened the timings and raised the v-core up just trying to get it to run at 450.
