    Would like to go to 3.2ghz Stable! Help with BIOS settings. Thanks!

    I have a Freezer 7 Pro, Temps at BIOS ideal at 24c.
    in Windows im at 36c/39c jumps because my cpu is clocking from 2ghz to 2.5ghz.


    I would like to reach 3.2ghz Stable.

    Please let me know what to change. Thank you


    MOBO = P45-UD3P BIOS= F4
    CPU = Q9300 @ 2.5ghz
    Memory = OCZ Platinum PC8500 / 5-5-5-15 @2.1v 1066
    Cooler= Freezer 7 Pro
    PSU= 500 NEO Antec
