Sorry to hear that, but sounds like you're getting close.

I'm still in the middle of stress testing my current OC.

For ME, I'd run the following:

    12 hours Large FFT
    12 hours Small FFT
    12 Hours Blend
IBT, Stress = Maximum, 10 runs, 2 threads
    G1.Assassin 2 (F11)

Just something to experiment, your memory settings and performance are great as they are already.
With tRD currently set to 9 and using the 2.00D system memory multiplier, tRD = 10 (1 click looser) would probably be required when using 2.00B with FSB ~ 480MHz and higher.

Using 2.00B and FSB less than ~470MHz usually allows the tRD setting to be 1 click lower than using 2.00D.

machine is now 12hr prime blend stable...

i tried fiddling with vtt and cpu ref / mch ref but it just made the stability worse so i went back to my original 9hr blend stable settings and gave it just 1 tick more vcore !!

Note that his ram is DDR2, do not get even near his DRAM Voltage!

I wish coretemp would show my true idle temp - stupid stuck sensors

OK, you can enjoy your system for a while, but you "must" perform additional stress testing by running demanding games.
    From your posted bios settings:
    System Memory Multiplier ..............: [2.00d]
Memory Frequency (Mhz) ................: 1066 <--- needs to show 1000 MHz

When you include the Memset window, please click on the ">>" and SPD tabs to show additional useful information.

    Nice work so far.
