Default Help Running 8gb of ram on ep45-ud3p

After extensive testing and fiddling I think I finnally have my system stable running 4gb of ocz reaper pc-9200 ram running at 1111mhz (I cant get it to 1150 as stated but eh 40mhz shy is fine by me)

Bascially what my issue is, is that I have been trying to get 8gb of ram using all 4 dimm slots to run at on my computer at spec speed so for when using all 8gb of ram I get bsods in windows vista 64bit

I ran memtest86+ on all 8gigs with all of them in the banks test passed and just to make sure I ran each stick individually all memory sticks passed without an issue.

I have my timings now set on 5-6-6-18 per memory specs voltage at 2.2v per spec on the memory. all other settings on standard and the option where you can choose between standard turbo and extreme is set to standard.

For what ever reason I just can't seem to stop the blue screens when I have all 8gb going right now according to et6(will post screenshot) my mch core is at 1.3volts which was determined by the bios on auto settings.

    System Specs:
    Processor: QX9650 3.0ghz(standard clock)
RAM: Currently 4gb of OCZ PC-9200 reaper ram 2x 2048 (want to run 4x 2048)
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP45-UD3P Bios Version P7
    Video Card: Geforce 9800GTX+
Hard drive 2x 640gb Western digital sata 2
Powersupply: 1000watts no apperent voltage variences.

    If you haven't already, set:-

    1) Performance Enhance = Standard
    2) tRFC = 56 (4GB) 70+ (8GB)

For 8GB troubleshooting, you could forgo memory throughput by either:-

    a) Running the DDR2 at 800Mhz+ (but not above 900Mhz)
    b) Incrementing tRD

The main thing is to find where and with what values 8GB will be supported without memory errors - you need that base reference to work from.

It's difficult to get 4 sticks to play together at those speeds, try a lower multiplier and running them closer to 800mhz. You also want to make sure the Turbo mode is set to standard, and the FSB strap you are using is compatable with your FSB setting (1333 for default would be ones with a C at the end).

Once you get them stable at lower speeds, you can try bumping them up little by little.

Thank you for the suggestions, I know that all 8gb is defiantly stable at 800mhz and default settings ill trying playing with the trfc I increased that to 70 right now windows booted just fine. Ram is set to 1066mhz right now with the 8gb in seeing if that is stable. If not ill lower the speed again. I set all voltages to auto since the system said there was a boot failure due to oc or overvolt? not sure how that happened but the bios is doing a good job of deciding voltages atm.

With 8gb you might have to up the vMCH volts a little also.
