Exclamation GA-EP35-DS3L Freezes randomly with 2 sticks of RAM

    Hi Guys,

I am in a big trouble which has been lasted 2 months already

PC randomly freezes when there are 2 memory stiks (2 x 2 GB, 4GB total)
It may freeze in 3 hour, or 1 day, or 2-3 days
The problem is that I am using the PC as a server and want to be able to use it on 24/7 basis

All tests are OK, memtest86, CPU test, HDD test, every tests. CPU and Board temps are OK, But the system keeps freezing randomly.

When I removed 1 memory stick, the system became rock stable. At the beginning I thought the it was a dual channel issue, thus I try to put 2 sticks in a single channel mode, but it became unstable again.

    Here is the config:
Motherboard: GA-EP35-DS3L (Rev A2.0 BIOS 4.0, stock voltages an frequency)
    CPU: Q6600
    RAM: 2 x 2GB Kingston
    HDD: 120 GB seagate barracuda
    Video: EAH2004PRO
    Power: HKC 430 Watt

I have replaced Kingston memory modules with Samsung one, but the same problem occurs.
I have replaced motherboard but the problem still exists.

I AM GOING VERY MAD, I have no idea what is going wrong.

Please tell me what may cause the problem, and what is the next step I should try to solve this problem.

    Best Regards,

    David

1 more thing I have recently noticed
According to EasyTune6 FSB is very unstable, eventually it spikes from 266 to 310
May this be a reason of instability? What is causing that? Maybe a power supply?
