Default Q6600 UD3R check bios settings

I've been lurking and learned a lot. This is my first time OCing, just wanted to check and make sure none of my settings are toasting anything.

All sub menus in M.I.T. are set at defaults/auto, don't know enough to set.?

    RGB...........................Auto
    CPU Clock Ratio...........X9

    CPU
    CPU Host....................Enabled
    CPU Host Frequency.....360
    CIA2..........................Disabled

    DRAM

    -tRCD........................5
    -tRP..........................5
    tRAS..........................15

    LLC............................Enabled
    CPU VCore..................1.275(vid) //vcore reads a bit lower on cpu-z
    CPU Termination...........1.2
    PLL............................1.5
    CPU Ref......................0.8

    MCH Core....................1.2
    MCH Ref......................0.8
