    Orthos is stressing the cpu as I typ this. I used the following settings. It's stressing for an hour now.

    Looks good! All the settings are solid and no setting is anywhere near dangerous levels. You should set both tRead values to the same value though (teh template shows one on 10 and the other on auto).

    What program are you using to read the temp and what heatsink do you have? Take a look at the FAQ in my sig!

    1. Sorry forgot to change the other, but there BOTH 10 .

    2. I use Real Temp, Core Temp, Hardware Monitor and Everest Ultimate for reading temps. Good? or do you recommand something else?

    Also CPUZ shows that I got an 1:1 Ratio with CPU and RAM. Very nice!!

    The heatsink on my CPU is the Cooler Master Z600 With one fan installed.

    Those programs will give you accurate readings, so all well :) Many programs will no that's why I asked.

    50C under load is pretty nice, if you keep the settings like that you shouldn't have to worry about temps even in the summer.

    Ahh ok, thank you!

    Should I go play with lower the value's of the timings or advanced (or both) of the RAM? or something else?
    Or.. don't you think I can get much more out of my computer? because it won't help that much..?

    RAM timings don't help much, the only one to bother with is tRead (both channels!) really and maybe the 4 primary timings, your RAM only has them specified at 5-5-5-1x but you can try to lower them one by one to 4-4-4-12. Try lowering timings only one at a time always lowering them by 1.
    Save your current working BIOS settings to a profile using F11!

    What is tRead exactly? makes a huge differance? to what value Should I set tRead?? or just try..??

    I already tried 4-4-4-12 but wouldn't work.. BUT that was without changing voltages.
