    Try tRead at 9, 10 and 11 (with MCH at 1.2V). It's a strange setting as higher somtimes is unstable, while lower is faster. Too low will also cause instability of course.

    90% sure it's the PSU.
    Looking at the specifications and considering it's a no name manufacturer, that PSU is not enough to power your PC.

    18A on +12V is a joke, coupled with the fact it's likely low quality then we've probably found your problem. No name manufaturers tend to generally exaggerate the specifications, so it likely can't even handle 18A

    Look at this quality 400W unit, it has 30A on +12A and is acutally able to deliver them:

    now do you think 400W is enough output?

    i used an online calculator and input all my components and it said i really only needed 250W

    The most powerful single chip video card with a high end CPu will use 320W, so you will be fine^^

    If you ever plan to upgrade to a dual chip video card in the future then a more powerful unit like the Corsair HX 620 or an Enermax Modu82 with more than 600W would be a good idea.

    well, wasn't the PS, still crashing in dual channel mode

    runs fine in single channel, oh well, i give up

    What Full settings are you using again/now?

    Have you tried both dual slots, 1+3 and 2+4? Just checking.

    I would try MCH 1.24 and then if no luck, try MCH 1.05 (Undervolted) both with ram set at 2.0-2.1V

    And I would for sure make these changes first (With stock FSB in mind here) >>>
