They only list Major BIOS changes when posting change logs, there is always plenty of smaller changes so you may want to think about updating the BIOS. So you do have a Revision 2.0 board then right?

Very odd about your ram, I have only heard of Infineon myself.

What does CPU-z show in the SPD Tab? Here is the latest version if you do not have it >>
    CPUID

You can also find out more about your memory with Everest Ultimate which you can get a trial of here >>

About updating the bios I will definately do that soon.
About the ram my vendor doesnt have a site to it but this was what I got

    Enfenion
    16 1288HC - 2.5 0907
    DDR2 EBND
    DDR II 667 1GB 240 pin U Dimm
    S/N : (02)1024667U1288C0902091187
This is what reads on cpuz v1.50 for this so called Enfenion ram

when I temporaliy replaced it with cosair dominator:

but it reads 800mhz in the bios on the left, tried to see whether the cold boot issue has gone because of the new ram but its still present. The pc loading is fast like nothing I have seen before (Enfenion or samsung)

Also wanted to ask, a board rated 1333mhz but 1600mhz by O.C. would need additional cooling measures for fsb above 333mhz?
A bios voltage of 1.4v and a vdrop of 0.08 gives an actual vcore of 1.32v to the cpu meaning that if its factory recommended max volt is 1.35v which also means you have some headroom of 0.03v and is good for 24/7 operation?

Okay I got really fed up with the so called enfenion ram and is now sold. I am using the Cosair dominator and still no luck with it (cold boot issue)

    Can anyone help me?

I dont want to end up selling this board too
