Tried all them settings still the same freezing in the games.

It only freezes in Crysis you say?

Download Prime 95 and let it run for a while (1+ hours, the longer the better), this will check whether the CPU and memory are stable. Maybe your problem isn't related to RAM after all.

Then it's the board or the RAM, maybe the CPU itself, but that is unlikely.

Has the PC ever run fine with the RAM?

Maybe the board just doesn't like your RAM for some reason, that happens sometimes. Do you have any other RAM that you could try?

It's unlikely that both RAM sticks are actually defective, so the only other options are that the board or the PSU are defective.

I have the same problem with P35-DQ6.

Are you running on one stick? Mine didnt freeze when on one stick.

(I tested 2 NEW sets of 2x1gb ram and freezing still occured).

I think there is probably some combonation of settings that possible could make mine or your motherboard work, but I have tried too many so I am buying a new one.

Mine has just failed Prime95 with both sticks in one at a time. One stick got to test 3 and the other test 1. Both time were at auto in BIOS so not at the rated on the sticker.

Please post a screenshot of Memset, just in case the Auto settings are bad.

The timings look fine, it seems to me that your board does not like the RAM, not every RAM kit is 100% compatible with every board, and you may have been unlucky. This is also the reason why board manufacturers give out lists with compatible RAM modules.

If possible, try RAM from a different computer and try this RAM ona different computer.

Also, try a different PSU if possible. If changing those two things doesn't help your board is defective in all likelyhood.
