I don't think just raising your vcore to 1.35 caused a bsod. Sounds like something else is wrong.

Raising the multiplier to 8x400(3.2) caused the BSOD. My question is what settings do I need to be changing to get it stable at 8x400(3.2). It is Prime95 stable for 30 minutes plus at 7x400, the settings currently in the OP. I know thats not long for Prime95 but I will do it longer when I am am satisfied with the OC.

Vcore can cause BSODs as it increases the CPU temp. What temperatures do you get with Coretemp after 30 minutes of Prime at 400x7? If they're below 60C try upping Vcore further all the way up to 1.45V, this is a 65nm CPU after all and they can take 0.1V more than 45nm parts as a rule of thumb. I needed about 1.45V in CPU-Z so about 1.5V in BIOS to get my Q6600 to 3.9GHz with watercooling IIRC.
