It's the same as with my board, ep35 ds4.
Remove the ram except one stick and i think it will boot.
I have 4 sticks ram but the board can boot with only 3 stick.

Yes, one stick of RAM might have died so try each seperately.

If that doesn't help use Clear CMOS (look at the manual) or even remove the mainboard battery and leave it out a little bit.

The PSU is good but it might still have failed, try another one if possible. Alos try another video card, this may also be the issue.

And the battery trick over night of course^^

Hi. Although yours may be a different case, I had my EP45-UD3R continuously reboot after a memory crash (I tried to oc my ddr2-1000 spec'd memory to 1066). I was surprised when simply flipping the power switch to O, then back to -, let me go into bios and change the setttings back. Hope it helps. If not, that battery thing should do the trick if the memory isn't bricked (or something like that).

Have you tried reseating the CPU? Have you had it out of the case, off the tray and onto a box or wooden table with ONLY the minimal connected? That would be ONLY CPU, one stick of ram in slot one, and your GFX Card. Nothing else

Do you have a case speaker, if not try to find one so you can hear what the error beep is it is giving out if there is one.

Does it react the same with NO ram installed? How about no ram, no GFX Card?

Is there a Floppy Drive ALREADY Connected?

Can you test this ram and or CPU and GFX Card in another system to be sure all those parts are ok?
