    A is for 266, B is for 333, C for 200 and D for 400. It's also written in the explantion column on the right side while you're changing the multiplier, syo u you don't need to remember it.

    You can use one for a lower FSB, actually it's slightly faster in some applications (mostly benchmarks) but may not be stable. When overclocking you should always use D to rule out any problems coming from it.
    You should not need to change the memory timings as long as you keep your RAM speed similar by changing the multiplier but you might need to icnrease some values, specifically tRead and tRFC in advanced timings. Auto sometimes sets them to tight when overclocking.

    I was unable to do more than 1000 MHZ,p on 1066 MHZ tests show errors. But i belive that i can make it with little time to do even on 1066. But that is not my goal here. Now its working on normal speed and i am pleased.
    Thank Nikel very much for all your help, I wouldnt succeeded without it.

    No problem!

    So the issue was that you overclocked the RAM. RAM overclocks very differently depending on what chips are used on it. You can try getting 1066 to run but anything over 2x your FSB won't really bring mroe performance.
    here's an explanation I wrote for someone else why faster RAM is not necessary:
    Now the bandwith of the RAM to NB is the same if the 2.0 system memory multiplier is used, i.e. DDR2 667 for a 333 (1333 quad-pumped) FSB CPU, DDR2 800 for a 400 FSB CPU. If you increase the RAM speed without increasing the FSB, data is transferred faster to the NB from RAM, but the NB can't pass it on any faster to the CPU than before though resulting in no performance benefit (there's a litte benefit actually, as latency is improved if RAM speed goes up, but it's small ~5% or so).
    If you're not overclocking get DDR2 800 RAM, if you plan on overclocking in the future get 1066 DDR2 (runs at 533 MHz so you can increase your FSB to 533 (2133 quad pumped) without having to overrclock the RAM). The reason why faster DDR2 RAM exists is solely for overclocking purposes, as slower will limit the maximum overclock of your CPU.
