What dou mean by "monitor and keyboard keeps restarting"?

Also leave the sound card out, the onboard sound is better than your soundcard, lol.

Shuts down completely or restarts? You need to tell exactly what's happening, more details please!

Can you try another PSU? Thies does not sound like the RAM or the video card, these two don't usually cause the system to pwoer down when they're not working.
So the options are that either the PSU, the board or even the CPU are defective.

@Poonagez... fwiw, (though it's probably not part of your issues-if you still have them), I noticed from your photos that you have the 90 degree (angled) SATA connector plugged into your motherboard. That end should be plugged into the drive. Hope you've solved your problems.

I don't know if this makes a difference, but you only have a 4 pin connector connected to the 8 on the top left of the board board? Can you use a 4 pin connector on that? It looks like it needs 8. I don't know if that makes a difference though.

Wouldn't make a difference. The 4-pin (ATX 2x2 12V) connector would work fine in the 4x2 socket, especially with a 45nm CPU like the E8400.

    First of all...

    1. go into bios MIT, select load optimized default then save to exit.

    2. go back into bios MIT again, scroll down to Dram Voltage, (auto is 1.8v-1.9v) so you need manual for upped to 2.0v-2.2v.

    3. DRAM Performance Control
    Set to Performance Enhance...................: [STANDARD]

    4. Set to DRAM Timing Selectable ................: [AUTOl]

    5. after all settings then save to exit and see what happen.

BTW, not sure if 2x4-pin make difference when boot, mine have 2x4 both plug in and boot it no problem, I haven't tried unplug one of them but not worth messed it around once it boot fine with 2x4pin plug in the first place.
