    Smile Ga-ep45-ds3l memory freeze

    Hi my name is alexia
    My English and my knowledge of computation are limited
    My problem is this I buy 2 memorieS BALLISTIX 1066 BL12864A106A 5-5-5-15 2.0 V and my motherbord freezes

    CPU E8400
    MOTHERBOARD GA EP45 DS3L BIOS F 10
    GRAPHIC CARD DIAMON STEALTH X1550 PRO 512
    ON THE SCREEN OF BIOS APPEARS

    cpu frecuncy 3.00 (333x9)

    cpu host control disabled
    pci frecuncy auto
    cia2 disabled
    advanced clock control (prees enter)

    DRAM PERFOMANCE CONTROL

    memory frecuency 1066

    The only one change that I did was the voltage changed from 1.8 to 2.0

    In the web page of crucial it puts the memory as compatible but it(he,she) freezes
    With 2 dimms of kvr667d2n5 works perfectly not this way with these memories
    Someone can help or orientate me. Thanks

    Try changing in the MIT section of the bios:-

    1) Performance Enhance = Standard
    2) tRFC = 56 (Refresh To Act Delay)
    GA-P35C-DS3R Rev2.0 F11 bios, E8200 (@3.0Ghz), OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 Reaper 4GB (@1200Mhz), Xonar D1, 8800GTS 512, Corsair HX520 (Single 12volt line, Max 40A), WDC 3200aaks/5000aaks in AHCI mode, Vista 64 Premium.
