    So sounds like you have bad ram, did you burn Memtest 86+ v2.11 to cd and boot that and run it over night?

    I did. 10 full cycles thru, not a single memory error.

    Still doesn't boot right 50% of the time. I have to hit reset, and then it does finish booting.

    The computer has been running all day, and has been fine, but I have been doing nothing but browsing the net. The minute I start a game up, I start getting artifacts, and it eventually crashes.

    Try to test with prime 95 and see if you get artifacts there. If you don't the artifacts are probaly caused by the video card and not the CPU/memory.

    After that use ATI Tool to scan for artifacts and see how that goes.
