    Lets stay on topic just to cause less confusion for everyone reading this thread. AHCI gives a small performance value in non-raid applications as well.

    S3 sleep mode is BSOD in bios version F6. I will update now that I have installed F7.

    That is a OLD Myth, not even Core 2 Duo's ES had unlocked multi's. Now, the ES Chips used to back in the P4 days but not anymore.

    But to directly reply about that, it is in fact worse!!

    The ES 920's and 940's have LOCKED/Limited Memory Multi's. There is only x6 and x8.

    The CPU mutli is fine 12 - 20+1, just the ram multi is limited!

    C0/C1 stepping.

    Well I have been running F7 for a few days now have put the system to standby with all my apps open and so far so good. No BSOD as of yet. Anything changes I'll repost :)
