    My settings in #7 are:
    5-5-5-18
ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)________ 3
Rank Write to READ Delay (tWTR)_______ 3
Write to Precharge Delay (tWR)________ 6
Refresh to ACT Delay (tRFC)___________ 64
Read to Precharge Delay (tRTP)_________ 3
    Static tRead Value (tRD)______________ 7
    Static tRead Phase Adjust________ Auto
All voltage is set to Auto.

Then i raised the MCH Voltage +0.2V.
    My system makes:

So what is MCH Now, just +0.2? If so, try that with these changes and if no luck try +0.25 if you have it, if not 0.3 MCH >>

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)________ 3
Rank Write to READ Delay (tWTR)_______ 4
Write to Precharge Delay (tWR)________ 8
Refresh to ACT Delay (tRFC)___________ 68
Read to Precharge Delay (tRTP)_________ 4
    Static tRead Value (tRD)______________ 8

Which Ram Multi are you using 2.00B or 2.00D?

Also, I would go ahead and bump up the vcore some, that may not be enough. Temps look fine so you should not have any problems doing that to see if it is part of the issue or not

If you want to find out if it is your CPU or your Ram that is giving you errors please run memtest86+ for 5-10 full passes then if it passes then the issue is likely your CPU or related settings >>
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

You can also set Prime95 to only test the NB and CPU, but setting the test to small or large FFt's and not blend

I used this settings with the memtest:
    5-5-5-18
ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)________ 3
Rank Write to READ Delay (tWTR)_______ 3
Write to Precharge Delay (tWR)________ 6
Refresh to ACT Delay (tRFC)___________ 64
Read to Precharge Delay (tRTP)_________ 3
    Static tRead Value (tRD)______________ 7
    Static tRead Phase Adjust________ Auto
    MCH Overvoltage +0.3V

Settings are so OK? Memtest looks good. The system don't freezes today.

"Which Ram Multi are you using 2.00B or 2.00D?"
    After 2.00 haven't B or D in BIOS.

    Update:

After the succesfully Memtest, failed the Prime blend after 8 min. With these settings was before 8 hours+ stable.
What's going on with my system?

    I ran now Prime FFT.

Prime Large FFT failed as well...
it looks like, that the cpu is needed more and more Voltage...

How long did you memtest before Prime? You need to do at least 5 full passes to be semi-sure you prime issues are not memory related

Why are you underclocking your CPU?? I see 2.40Ghz? Just wondering, this may be causing you issues with voltages? Since you are have issues you think may be CPU related please always post me your full settings you are using that fail so I know what you are trying

See post 13. 5 times passed the memtest.
2.4 GHz because it is idle. Load is 3 Ghz. Speedstep.

    Life is beautiful.
I ran with great Overvoltage my CPU.
And the prime Large FFt freezes my system.
Memory can't be the problem this time.
The CPU become more voltage than it needed.
What is then the problem? CPU and memory must be good. The mobo? I haven't already warranty on that...

And i can't run my CPU at stock speed and voltage, because then i must the MCH at stock voltage run. Look at the screenshots in the Bios.
I can choose Auto Voltages... but everything set than to auto
And i can choose Manual voltages... but so can't the cpu at auto run...
