Please link to your ram or give me the model #, and tell me how may sticks you have IE 2x1, 4x1, or 2x2, ect.

And can you please give me all your BIOS settings? If those are all you see in the MIT Section, please try this hotkey then look again.

Press Control + F1 on the MAIN Page of the BIOS, the screen will flash, then go into MIT Section and see if you see the rest of your settings as many are missing from that image

What speed are you trying to reach as well, so I can advise back once you link your ram

    4GB (2x2GB) G.Skill DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Here are my extended BIOS settings:

Note, I didn't adjust the memory multiplier in this screenshot. But I have tried various of the following settings:

CPU Host Frequency: 200 to 250
PCI Express Frequency: 100 to 105
    System Memory Multiplier: 2.66
    CPU Voltage: 1.243 to 1.350

None of the different combinations of settings I have tried worked for me.
    Thanks for the help!

I want to be able to reach, at the least, 3.5Ghz stable.

I do have an aftermarket CPU cooler (Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro), and a Corsair 400W PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...corsair%20400w).

    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3-4
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 3-6
    Write to Precharge Delay_________ 4-6
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 52-62
    Read to Precharge Delay__________3-5
    Static tRead Value_______________ 7-10
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [Auto] << Always Auto

    FSB OverVoltage Control___ [+0.1V]
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.2V]
CPU Voltage Control_______ [1.38] << you may need more, or less, but just set high for now you can lower later. And do keep in mind what you set here will be less in windows at idle, and less then that under full load.

Tried the above settings, but it didn't work for me. It set my FSB to 800 880-- Is that too high for my RAM?

Would it possibly work if I update to the latest BIOS version?

Please give me the exact settings you used and I will advise back.

The above settings are 333 FSB not 800, and the ram speed listed is 800Mhz

About the BIOS update, could help? But you need to try properly with this BIOS first I would suggest. But ya, F7 and F8 look to add some improvements for sure. If you do flash please read this first >>>

I used the settings you posted. It sets my Memory Frequency to 800 889. I tried lower CPU Host Frequency rates to < 800 but still doesn't work.

Thanks for all your help though! I hope I can get this e5200 to wake up and OC. Are there any other values I should adjust?

You missed setting the system memory multi to what I suggested, 2.40B. That is why you see 889Mhz for your ram, you have 2.66 Set.

Ya, for best performance you should set all memory timings manually as I suggested in the settings I provided above
