I did honor the maker of this board and ordered a Gigabyte computer case Sweet!!!!!
Come to find out that they make rocking case's as well

    Ordered:
    #1 Corsair TX CMPSU-650TX ATX12V & EPS12V Power Supply

Ok... my impression of this board.
    GREAT!
It is stable reliable versatile expandable etc etc etc
Windows Beta 7 64 bit installed without a hitch.
Debian lenny did as well... Sans the on board raid.
I'm running the onboard graphics for now and I tell yah... the HDMI
output is handy. I'm running it into a 40" full HD Sony Bravia at
1920x1080 res. It passes digital sound out the hdmi too so
currently I'm running 2.1 with the built in 40" lcd tv speakers and
    my Polk 10" subwoofer.
The one ide was handy for a couple of my old optical drives and
plenty of sata connectors for my hdd's. Don't bother with the raid
if you want to run linux though... Unless your some master tinkerer.
I had no luck getting Lenny to see the raid.
The black edition 9850 quad 64 2.5 ghz processor is doin great in
it's new home and with this monstrous CoolerMaster V8 HSF It's
keeping it's cool nicely. 26c at idle.
I'm currently using the Gigabyte EasyTune6 utility to run some
fsb overclock with no issues at all.
Windows system rating under beta 7 64 is 3.9 being held that low
only because of the on board graphics. One good vid card and that
would jump to the mid high 5's. That being the next stopping point
only because I can't install linux dual boot on the raid.
CPU at stock speed is getting 7.1 outta 7.9. and memory is getting
    5.9 outta 7.9.
Hrm.. need to recheck after my overclocking.
Linux at default install runs just fine. I did try to get a radeon
driver running on the onboard gpu but I bunked things pretty quick. So good luck with gaming on linux. *whimper* my beloved
    BZFlag <8-(
I need a nice pci-e nvidia.. much easier to get nvidia running in
    linux IMHO.

I'll try to get a pic posted in an hour or so... That CoolerMaster
V8 stands menacingly over the Mobo.

Got a rocking deal on this memory Patriot Viper @ 31.00 per 4GB I hope it works as good as it looks.
I usually choose Corsair but at 62.00 bucks for 8GB it was a no brainier and I looked and looked to get that deal.

Just came across this topic in search of reviews of this board.
I ordered it Friday, with a lot of other stuff to go with it. I hope I don't have to wait long till I receive it

@ ragenrat, why would you put such a ridiculous amount of DVD drives in a computer? :P planning on watching 2 movies, burning a disc, playing a game at once? :P.

I'd fill up those 5,25" bays with harddisks mate :P

and that's exactly what I'm going to do with my board. 3x 500GB WD and 1x 1TB Samsung spinpoint. The purpose of the machine is to be able to play 1080p h264 fluently. and in the future I'm planning on equipping it with a blu ray drive so that shouldn't be a problem either I hope...

It will run with 4GB and an AMD Athlon X2 5050e. I chose this cpu because it low TDP. Because it's supposed to be a HTPC, it has to be quiet. So I'm planning on letting just doing one 92mm fan, and the fan of the psu doing all the cooling work while I'm equipping the CPU with a scythe ninja mini (I'm limited in space so I had to chose a small but effective passive cooled cpu cooler).

I will post pictures if the whole thing has been put together, it's going to be sweet
It's going to use Windows XP 32bit (don't care about the memory loss of the 4GB, was planning on putting only 2 GB in it, but maybe if Windows 7 satisfies me I will need the 4 gigs). Media will be presented with xbmc and aeon stark (theme) that comes out tomorrow :D
