Default USB devices "on" even though power is off

Hi, new to these forums and my first post.

    Have a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L MOBO.
Have two USB devices that are "lit up" when on. Thing is they stay lit even when i switch the PC power off.
Is there anything in the BIOS to switch off that will stop power to the USB ports when PC is off?

What this feature is is USB standby power, it only works for low power devices such as an mp3 player.

As i recall, i think there was a 5V+ SB jumper at the top left corner of the motherboard, i think you may need to switch it off.

OR...just unplug the power cable or turn off the switch on back of power supply.

You wont have that on your board so you would have to unplug your devices or PSU if it is that bothersome

I kinda hate it to because I have a new Mouse with a LED on the back that is always on.

I have thought about disabling the LED, or switching it out with a Blue LED as it is RED and I hate Red that is the only reason I dislike it
