Default Control Fan Speed on GA-EP45-UD3R?

What's the best way to automatically control fan speed on the EP45-UD3R? I see that the CPU fan can be automatically controlled by BIOS, but not the case fans and others? Or can the BIOS also control case fan speed?
Is there a program that accomplishes this? It appears SpeedFan doesn't support this motherboard yet... Or is there a recommended piece of hardware to do this?

A fan controller will probably be your best bet for this. You are correct, the BIOS only supports CPU fan speed adjustments.

Sys_Fan2 also has speed control in this board. No BIOS option to change it, so it is likely set in Auto (Per connected device)
