    Before sending any Gigabyte Product back to the Company,

    YOU MUST CONTACT THEM FIRST !!

    1. Contact them on : 01908-362700 [ UK ONLY ]

    2. You must email them with your Serial Number of your Motherboard.
    3. They will send you a email back with a attached Excel form to fill in and you must send it straight back ASAP.

    4. Then you will receive the Excel Form back with a RMA Number, print the form off and place it in your Parcel [The form will have your Name and Address, Model Number,Serial Number and a brief description of what's happening] and write on the Parcel the RMA Number..
    5. YOU MUST INCLUDE A PAYMENT OF 10 GBP [ Cheque/P/O only, made payable to: GBT Tech Co Ltd ]
    With the RMA form place the form and Payment in a envelope, and place inside the Parcel.
    This 10 GBP payment is nothing to do with repairs to your Motherboard as long as it's still under warranty, this is only to pay for the Postage to send back your Motherboard to you.
    If your Motherboard is still under warranty, and the fault is with Gigabyte the cost of repairs will be Free.. But not the postage !

    You Must have EXCEL installed on your PC

No accessories should be sent, just the item, this will help reduce your postal costs.You must quote your RMA - UKA number in all future possible correspondence.
