Thanks for the link. +0.05 is for sure not enough MCH

Try these settings for 8GB and see how you get along. If you have issues post back the exact settings you are using and I will advise back.

You mentioned Prime95, you need to be passing Memtest86+ for 5-10 passes before you even think about prime95, otherwise you have no clue if it is your ram or CPU settings. Just a tip

1066 with 8GB may not work stable without some high voltages, so as suggested above you may need to run 800 or so

    Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
    CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [8]
    Fine Clock Ratio ____________[0.5]
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Disabled]
CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [333] (greyed out ofc)
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
    System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [Auto] << 3.20B = 1066 (2.40B for 800Mhz)
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Standard]

    CAS Latency Time________________ 5
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 5
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15/18

Set all below to highest, then later you can lower one at a time testing as you lower

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3-5
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 4-8
    Write to Precharge Delay_________ 6-12
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 64-88
    Read to Precharge Delay__________ 4-6
    Static tRead Value_______________7-10
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [Auto] << Always Auto

    Command Rate (CMD)__________2

    CPU/PCIEX Clock Driving Control [800mV]
    CPU Clock Skew Control [normal]
    GMCH Clock Skew Control [Normal]

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V] << maye need +0.32 or so
PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [Normal] << Set to +0.1 for stability until later
FSB OverVoltage Control___ [Normal] << Set to +0.1 for stability until later
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.050V] << Set to 0.2-0.35V (Not 0.0x, this is to low)
CPU Voltage Control_______ [Normal] << I would use Auto

Testing with the following settings to first get into Windows for Prime and when I leave to do my shopping I'll setup Memtest which will run for several hours.

Considering my previous semi-stability since upping the mch I elected to use settings either in the middle of your recommendations or slightly higher than your lowest because some were already set to your lowest recommendation by default.

    Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
    CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [8]
    Fine Clock Ratio ____________[0.5]
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Disabled]
CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [333] (greyed out ofc)
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
    System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [Auto] << 3.20B = 1066 (2.40B for 800Mhz)

    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15

Set all below to highest, then later you can lower one at a time testing as you lower

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 4
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 6
    Write to Precharge Delay_________ 8
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 70
    Read to Precharge Delay__________ 5
    Static tRead Value_______________75
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [Auto] << Always Auto

    Command Rate (CMD)__________2

    CPU/PCIEX Clock Driving Control [800mV]
    CPU Clock Skew Control [normal]
    GMCH Clock Skew Control [Normal]

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.30V] (I have +0.30 or +0.35... I will up this to 3.5 if stability is lacking)
    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [+0.10]
    FSB OverVoltage Control___ [+0.10]
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.275V]
CPU Voltage Control_______ [Normal] << I would use Auto (I only have Normal or + settings here)

And thanks to everyone who is offering their help to me to try to solve this :) The guy I gave my old MB/mem will be pleased as well ;-)

By the way...can someone explain Prime's Worker # to me? Does that refer to cpu cores or memory banks? Stupid question I'm sure :S

    It's the CPU cores.
