    It looks like your mobo barfed and did a reboot/reset.

    When the mobo can't boot successfully with the settings being used, it will try several (usually 3) times and if it fails, it boots with safe/default settings. If you don't immediately enter the bios, it will proceed with the standard boot sequence and continue into windows. Keep in mind that these safe defaults aren't guaranteed to be stable. Usually, your previous bios settings will remain unchanged in the MIT section, but these aren't the safe settings that the mobo finally applied after the failed boot.

    If you enter the bios immediately after the boot/reset, as soon as you enter the MIT section, you'll be greeted with a red box saying that there was an error.

    Running at 333 mhz, the bios used the 3.20 memory multiplier to run your memory at its 1066 rated speed.

    Well I had my memory multiplier set to 3.20 B my self. I didn't have a failed o/c. I had everything on factory optimized defaults. Any suggestion on what I can do now? I know the RAM doesn't have any errors on them so there is something I am doing wrong in the BIOS?

    Is there anything else I can do? Maybe set the timings to 6-6-6-18 @ 1066 MHz or maybe try to lower the speed down to 800 MHz with 6-6-6-18 for my timings and leave the MCH set to 1.200 V? Because my Kingston RAM 800 MHz with 6-6-6-18 timings runs flawlessly with just 2x1 GB sticks put in. But if I put in another 2x1 GB sticks of RAM to make it 4 GB all together I get random crashes like I get with the OCZ 1066 MHz RAM I am using now.

    Correct me I'm wrong:
    1) Your system never freezes when you run 2x1GB of memory (at stock settings and o/c'd to 3.60 GHz).
    2) Your system always freezes when you try to run 4GB of memory, whether it's 4x1GB or 2x2GB (at stock settings and o/c'd).
    3) Trying a different memory brand doesn't fix the problem.

    It looks like you might have to RMA your mobo.

    Before you do additional tests, post a screen shot of Memset, using the ">>" tab to show the memory timings for both modules. Also include 3 cpu-z screen shots using the CPU, MAINBOARD, and SPD tabs. These can all be included in one screen shot by running 3 instances of cpu-z.

    If you want to do a final set of tests, use your last configuration but change the following:

    Manually set your primary memory timings to 5-7-7-24 <-- If you want to use 6-6-6-18 that's OK.
    CPU Clock Ratio ..........................: [9 x] <-- set this to 8 to underclock your cpu
    System Memory Multiplier = 2.00B <-- this will give you 667 MHz
    CPU Vcore….……….......?.?????........: Auto (.........V) <-- manually set this to the "normal" value shown by ?.?????
    CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......: Auto (1.200V) <-- manually set this to 1.200 or the value displayed in your bios to the left
    CPU PLL…………………....1.500V*.......: Auto (1.500V) <-- manually set this to 1.500 or the value displayed in your bios to the left

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core…………….........................: 1.2000V <-- start with AUTO, then try 1.05, 1.20, 1.22, 1.24 volts

    DRAM
    DRAM Voltage ……....1.800V............: 2.1 <-- manually set this to 1.90, then 2.00, 2.04, 2.08, 2.12 volts

    It might help if you run a program like HWmonitor, Speedfan, or Everest that shows temperatures and voltages. Maybe something out of the ordinary will show up.

    If your system won't boot or freezes with any of these settings, note all of the above settings and the type of failure; boot, froze after hh:mm, etc.

    Once your fully stable, you'll try the following changes to find the maximum stable memory speeds:

    SMP = 2.40B ---> DDR2-800
    SMP = 2.66D ---> DDR2-888
    SMP = 3.00A ---> DDR2-1000
    SMP = 3.20B ---> DDR2-1066 (hopefully once we've found working voltages)
