    There's something fishy with that board. When i first got my P35-DS3 i've had a similar problem where i would set the FSB, save and reboot, and it would still be at default.

    Save your BIOS settings as a profile with F11, turn off the computer, clear the CMOS, go back into the BIOS and load'em up (F12). Now see if it works.

    I tried what you said, and i even changed out my CMOS battery, but this method doesn't seem to work for me.

    I think my problem is narrowed down to a problem between my mobo and my cpu. I am not able to enable CPU Host Clock Control, nor am i able to get my mobo to go off of the stock CPU voltage no matter how hard i try. It will change MCH and DRAM voltage just fine, but will not budge as far as the CPU voltage goes.

    PS. I downgraded my BIOS to the last stable BIOS release (F8, down from F9c)

    Any help is always appreciated,

    Then send 'er in for RMA. I just saw somebody else reporting the same problem, so it's probably a hardware bug on some of the boards.

    I had a feeling that i would need to RMA this thing. :/

    Where do i go to fill out an RMA ? How long will it take to get a replacement mobo? i don't have a mobo i can use temporarily, so my entire computer will be out of business while the exchange is taking place and i need to use my computer quite a bit.

    I have no idea really. The online stores i buy from have service centers in my city, so i just bring the faulty part in and they handle the rest. Takes about 4 days usually.

    If you bought it from newegg or a similar site, you should send them an e-mail and they will explain. Coz as i can see, RMA discussion has been banned here, so you better ask your store.
